Muscatine Family

Since the new owner took over in November 2012, I have been enjoying their protein omelet made with feta cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and jalapeños.

This was the second restaurant my husband and I visited after moving to Muscatine.

I experienced the rudest waitstaff and owners at this restaurant. They seem incredibly uncomfortable around customers. The food is mediocre at best, but overall, dining here was a disappointing experience.

Usually the service is ok. the problem today was that we waited for 10 minutes before we found out they were sitting. (there was no sign, and the help just went by without talking to us). then we waited for 20 minutes before a waitress even brought us a menu or water. then it was 20 minutes before she came back to get our order. then we waited 20 munute before we heard, forming a nearby table, which they already wait an hour. we went like many others. it was Sunday at 9:30 a.m. the breakfast is not a rocket science, just keep cooking hashbrowns and speck.
