What else could a cafe at Fab India name itself? That also sets up high expectations. Located on the 3rd floor above all the clothes and furnishings, the cafe has the same ambience as the rest of the store. Indian but exotic. The menu has some truly Indian drinks like masala chai as well as ginger lemon tea with honey. There was only one other family in the cafe when we entered and they were posing against the backdrop. That seems to be a favorite nook. We went with the sarson ka saag and the rotis, which comes a long way from its home in Punjab. And a mushroom pasta. The taste of the continental with Indian notes makes for a good combination. And to finish, an almond flour chocolate cake. A bit dry. The cafe could have more of a crowd when the customers come to sit back and relax after a long bout of shopping. Ikea pioneered the concept of the cafe within the showroom. It's not an instinctive fit but it certainly adds to the atmosphere. The cushions and the decor continues from the floors below. The menu announces that there are Fabcafes at over 20 locations in India, so it could be the main stores in the metros. And rather than simply serve tea and coffee with snacks, they've expanded their repertoire. From the view three floors above, the traffic is more colorful than claustrophobic but ultimately, that can't be escaped.
It is a beautiful place with a cosy ambience and is absolutely clean. Has a good collection of ladies kurtas but not many kurtas for plus sizes ladies. Should consider bringing in more for plus sizes with beautiful designs as well.

We love this place. It's a great location too. If you are going for diwali shopping..plan in advance as you may run out of selection and variety as it's a high traffic store
