Ricks Sports Grill - Murrysville

My husband and I and his son and his fiancée stopped there after he went to Ligonier Days. I'll tell you it was the worst service and the food we've ever had. We waited long to order our food when it came, only two of us got our food and it was cold. My fries ran 20 minutes after my chicken fingers. The others only got 15 minutes after we had ours and one of the meals was just a salad with chicken. We talked to a manager, but she couldn't do anything for us, so we asked to talk to the owner. The owner wouldn't come from above to talk to us and if we didn't pay the bill, he would let the waitress pay the whole thing. It was a terrible experience and the food was terrible.

That was a lunch without which I could have done. The place was dirty. The first table we sat in the necessary surface treatment. It was a sticky feeling and when you scratched it with your finger, it looked like you baked on the Grimm. It was disgusting, so we chose a stand with a better looking table, but the pillows had large large holes ground at several places.

Excellent atmosphere and waitresses were fantastic
