Hoss's Steak Sea House - Murrysville

Steak with 2 sides for less than some places charge for a burger without fries. We enjoyed our dinner, come on Monday for the stuffed green pepper soup.

I ordered the 14oz steak and shrimp special and my gf had the stuffed chicken breast. . I ordered it medium rare. When I cut into it it was about a rare as you can get. It also was full of gristle. There really wasn't any point in sending it back to cook it to proper temp. The salad bar was ok. She said her chicken was dry. I didn't tell the server about it because I really don't like complaining and she was very nice and attentive to everything else. I had looked forward to eating here for awhile but I don't think I'm going to be back anytime soon.

The food was good, just like in all the other Hoss's locations. However, it felt more like an employee hangout, as many staff members were having lunch at the tables and being quite loud. On the plus side, it's conveniently located closer to the big city.

I really enjoyed the salad bar and the dessert, but the steak tasted like it was run over.

We really had a great time.. Salad bar , soup bar and dessert bar is outstanding.. Food was great, our waitress was friendly, management was friendly. Very clean place.
