The Champion Sports Pub - Murrieta

We are visiting from Upstate NY with my husbands brother and sister in law and decided to try this out as it opened at noon. We had an awesome bar tender Amanda. She explained what each beer was. I had a flight to sample a few of them. We also enjoyed the flatbread pizza. She even adjusted the music to our genre. She is a great employee

Murrieta stop for a drin. The place is full of local beer they're is s flavor for every one here. My sister tried the citrus-spicy one. I am not a fan of citrus, but this one was Good. Full range of draft beers as well. And for Ipa And Stout beer with a lag variety

What a great place to discover! The staff person was extremely nice to both me and my dog. Great selection of beers are offered at a reasonable price. I had two beers with house chips salsa all for $19. This place along with their regulars give a really positive vibe.

As opposed to jerrilyns experience Amanda has been absolutely amazing. I was sitting here when Jerry walked in with her puppy buddy who is also amazing and proceeded to ask several questions about the American IPA. When Amanda went to help her she offered a couple of free samples but informed Jerry that she couldn't do free samples for all of them as they were not a brewery. Jerry seemed to be upset about the fact that we weren't a brewery and couldn't just accommodate her and decided upon two drinks for herself and I assumed was her mother. They then were asked and accommodated to instead of sitting outside to go to the back room which they did not do and they hit the hi occupancy sitting in the establishment to sit for an hour with two drinks and write bad reviews. Shame on you Jerry shame on your mother and please take care of your buddy.

Great beer, but Amanda was extremely rude. Asked for American IPA (didn’t ask for samples). She gave us 2 samples and explained she wasn’t even suppose to give me those and wouldn’t give us any more. Then made a comment about “ getting free beer.” I travel the country MOSTLY to check out breweries. I was promptly told “this ISNT a brewery”. Had a small, 5 lb puppy. Was told we had to drink outside. Said we would not be staying if we had to sit out in the cold. She said she already poured and we could sit in the back room. An owner should know a employee can make or break a place.
