Mcdonald's - Murrieta

Always double-check your drive-thru order—things can occasionally go wrong. However, they are willing to make it right if you bring your receipt and speak to them politely. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, which exceeded my expectations for a fast-food restaurant.

I absolutely love this McDonald's! It's clear that the staff is dedicated to providing the best experience for their customers. This was the first time I've ever had someone check on us at a McDonald's. It was hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I believe our server's name was Francine.

The staff at this McDonald's are fantastic and do an excellent job!

Service here is super fast even on peak hours.
