Domino's Pizza - Murrieta

The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude and I had to wait over 30 minutes past my original pick-up time. By the time I arrived, it was over an hour since I placed my order. The employees were just standing around and it was clear they were understaffed and not working efficiently. I would not recommend ordering from here.

These 5 stars are not for the incompetent district manager or for this Domino's, they are specifically for the best employee and all-around person, Elizabeth. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help her customers, and she always has a smile on her face, even when she's having a bad day. This woman deserves to be the owner of this store. Every time I call or go in to order, everyone else seems down and sad, but not Elizabeth - she is always smiling.

It is truly astonishing that nothing in my order was even close to being prepared correctly. I am told that a refund is being processed, which is the only positive aspect of this experience. I hold no ill will towards the young employee who made and delivered my order, as he appeared to be no older than 18. However, to the new manager at this location, I suggest providing better guidance and support to new hires who may be inexperienced. After one week and three phone calls, I have yet to receive a refund. This level of incompetence is truly astounding.

We literally order from this location ALL THE TIME! They continually screw up our order. We always tip good. The manager is worthless. I am done ordering from this dominos. Tonight I ordered one pizza with light cheese. Both pepperoni pizzas I ordered had light cheese, crust was under cooked on bottom, burnt on edges with pepperoni all over, other than pizza. It’s too expensive to have mistakes time after time.
