I would normally rate Blue Elephant five stars. But the kids working, we’re more focused on getting out of here as soon as possible over the happiness of their loyal customers. We walked in at 9:48 pm, as someone who worked in food and service through college (Starbucks) I can understand how frustrating it is to have customers walk in close to closing, but at the end of the day you are here to serve your customers. You chose to work in this industry. As we walked in, excited to have rolled ice cream a boy saw us walk in rolled his eyes, then walked over to the girl behind the counter whispered in her ear then she gave him a nod of approval and he then turned off the ice cream TV menu. If you are open until 10pm, then you serve all menu items until 10 unless stated otherwise on a legible sign on site. Don’t start cleaning up and turning customers away before closing time for your benefit. Learn better worth ethic, and basic customer service if working this industry

Blue Elephant is a place where you can let your creativity go wild. There's rolled ice cream and bubble waffles with ice cream. I chose the latter and got matcha waffle with strawberry ice cream. These creations take time so be patient. To my delight, you can choose drizzles and toppings at the end. So many options so if you're looking for sweet, tart, or salty, you can find it here. The desserts are enormous and can easily be shared between 2 people. Place is spacious with plenty of seating.

Walked in 15 minutes before they closed. Stood in line for 10ish minutes while one worker made drinks which I can only assume were for her to take home (there was no one in there and the other worker very slowly helped the couple in front of us. Waffle ice cream and drink was all they ordered. The couple walked away to take their seat and wait and then instead of helping us, Sima (spelling? started making their order and let us stand at the register. Another worker finally came over and when I asked her what kind of ice cream they had for the evening bc there was no menu, she walked over and asked Sima and Sima said since they would be closing soon they are no longer serving ice cream. They had the TV/menus turned off for ice cream so I can assume they didn't want to make them anymore, but why allow the couple in front of us to order when we literally walked in at the same time, and then make us wait in line unhelped only to tell us no? What a horrible way to do business. 0 stars if I could.

First time going here and I'll be back soon. I got a medium Thai iced tea with boba. Very good. The lady that took my order was very kind and patient with me. My drink was made quickly. Thank you. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I absolutely love this place! Their ube ice cream is fantastic. The staff is consistently friendly, and the line moves quickly. We always make it a point to stop by for a late-night snack since they are the only ones in the area open late.
