Tropical Smoothie Cafe - MURRELLS INLET

We placed our order through the app for delivery. Unfortunately, my food arrived cold and incorrect. I ordered two three cheese quesadillas, but both had chicken instead. Additionally, none of the quesadillas came with the salsa that should have been included. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered.

We ordered from this restaurant through the app and every time we visit, the milkshake is always watery. It seems like they are adding extra ice to make the ingredients last longer. Maybe we should start looking for other options in Surfside. I am very disappointed. We always try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but we can't overlook this issue.

I placed an order through the app at 5:10 pm during regular business hours, but when I got to the restaurant, it was closed. I went to another location to check if my order had been sent there, but they had no record of it.

We order from here through the app and every time we go there the shake is super watered down. It’s almost like they’ve been told to add extra ice because the ingredients are getting expensive. I guess we need to keep driving down the road to the one in Surfside?! So disappointed. We keep trying to give benefit of the doubt but it’s just not ok to let it go anymore.
