Woody's Drive-in - Murray

I hadn't been there in years. I saw a FB post announcing new owners and decided to go there for dinner. Pulled up and into the first stall, scanned the QR code and placed my order, put my info in, credit card etc and pressed place order. Nothing happened. Checked my order and info again and pressed place order. The third time (about 10 mins in) I just decided to go inside and place my order. I was assured that my order had been placed because they “Had the ticket”. I wanted to make sure I hadn’t placed it 3 times so I stated that I never received any kind of confirmation that my order was placed. One of the employees looked at the waiting tickets and said “It’s right here, and if it only printed one ticket out then you only paid for it once.” I returned to my car and proceeded to wait almost 30 minutes longer and no food. I went back inside and was told it was never placed. No apology, no offer to fix anything or even to get my order going. Just blank stares and “Yeah that happens a lot. It happened a lot last night.” Horrible, unacceptable customer service. Not so much as one I'm sorry. I was excited to support your family as new local business owners, and I was met with no offer whatsoever to fix the situation, or even take my order for that matter.

Fry’s are not good but everything else is amazing. Please bring back curly fries.

Please please please send the health department here immediately. This place is just gross and the vibes are really really off. One girl crying, one guy ordering something he should not be ordering, and my cheese fries weren't even melted. There wasn't a full piece of cheese on my grilled cheese! Then the employee picks up cookie dough with her acrylic nails and NO gloves and put it in a shake! all the tables were dirty, The floor was dirty. I wiped off the bench before I sat down and the stuff on the napkin was black and was stinky.

The food here was top notch. Loved the burgers and fries. Shakes were very good as well. The place itself felt grimy. The place could use a nice deep clean at least in the dining area. I would give this place 5 stars if it was cleaner. I'll be back for the food and will update my review if doesn't feel grimy.

Absolutely adore their quesadillas with bacon, but I've had wayyyy too many bad experiences with the chicken being uncooked or filled with pockets of burning oil to ever really go back. Lovely selection of drinks.
