Contribuiți la feedbackExpect to wait an hour or more without a reservation as this place is very popular. They are best known for their amazing cheesecakes, which have always been amazing! The Orange Chicken with rice was a pretty decently sized portion and very tasty. The Alfredo portion was also large and delicious with a rich creamy flavor. The medium-rare ribeye was on the rare side, but tender. There was much more gristle than I would expect on a $40 steak. The mashed potatoes were excellent and the portion was larger than expected. The green beans were also delicious. The macaroni and cheese is excellent. If you like sweet drinks you have to get the peach or strawberry lemonade.I definitely recommend this place, but would probably pass on the steak next time as it's not a steak joint. I'll take the blame for that one as I should have known better, but couldn't pass up a steak.Service wasn't fantastic and definitely could be better. It took around 10 minutes to be greeted by our server after being seated. By that time, we had pulled up the menu online and were ready to order our drinks and meals. It took several more minutes to get our drinks. I'm not sure if they were understaffed or inexperienced. I would lean more towards lack of experience as the server made it very evident that he was struggling, but others seemed to be handling everything just fine. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. The lighting is dim, creating a more romantic environment of you are on a date. The background noise from other conversations didn't seem excessively loud, but was present.Parking: Parking is available at the mall parking lot. There are plenty of stalls, you may have a bit of a walk though.Kid-friendliness: I brought two kids between the age of 12-14 and everyone was very nice and accommodating.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped accessible parking right out front and there are double doors into the restaurant allowing plenty of room for a wheelchair to pass through.
I remember when eating at the Cheesecake Factory was the most delicious experience….. every time. The last couple times we have gone it has been mediocre food with a hefty price tag. This is the same for nearly every chain restaurant now. Do yourself a favor and avoid any dish with hollandaise sauce as it is terrible. It tastes like lemon mayonnaise, but that’s being nice.
Picked up an online order.Cheesecake Factory used to be known for their decent prices and large portions. Neither one of those are true anymore. Portion sizes are half of what they used to be but prices have doubled, so 4 times the cost from 10 years ago (that is a 400% price increase). I know many restaurants have gone that route, but it's unaffordable and out of control. I bought crispy Brussels sprouts for $12. What I got was 5 seasoned Brussels sprouts cut in half.
We have loved going here over the years, but that has changed. None of us have any desire to return after our experience yesterday. Our server couldn't handle us asking questions about the food without getting defensive about it. I wanted the pasta carbanara with chicken. The dish costs $21.95 and there is a $6.95 up charge to add the chicken. I asked if the chicken could be breaded like it is in the chicken bellagio dish. The server came back and told us his manager said it would be another $6.95 up charged and we ask why. He got all defensive and couldn't answer the question and just said if we had a problem with it that he would get the manager. I just told him to cancel the order of that dish. The food seem to take longer to come out than normal. I got my quesadilla first, and then about 10 minutes or so later my mom and sister got the chicken bellagio which had hardly no parmesan cream sauce on it at all which was disappointing to them. Then about 5 to 10 minutes later my other sister got her chicken an waffles with egg Benedict which was cold. It seemed it had been sitting back there for awhile before it was brought out. Then to finished off our lunch as we're getting ready to go I noticed that there was white scum on the bottom and black stuff floating in 3 out of 4 of our water glasses. We drank 2 glasses of this water already before we noticed this. We wanted to just warn the server about the water glass situation and he didn't want to hear anything about. His response as soon as we started telling him about was to grab the glass and go to grab the manager. The manager came and we explained the water cup situation and she said oh it must just be the dishwasher. Didn't really seem like she wanted to do anything about it. She said she was going to go check something and walked away. While she was gone a gentleman from the table across from us ask if we had a problem with our water glass because he had the same problem and the server got defensive with him as well and just took the glass away from him and walked off. The manager in the mean time came back and said she heard we had a problem with the chicken. I just told her I couldn't understand why it would cost $13.90 to have a breaded chicken for the pasta carbanara. Her response was oh OK. No answer to why really. Just wanted an understanding the up charge of the chicken and to bring the dirty water glass to their attention. We were never mean or harsh in asking the questions. Maybe the server needs better training on how to handle questions without being defensive like he is being attacked. Thanks
We had a problem with our order and Frenchi made it right!! So grateful for the help and the food was delicious!! We will definitely be back.
