Are you kidding me? These sandwiches are a joke!I did an online order from here in the evening , took the subs home to eat and they had very little meat or veggies. This is the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from Subway! Do better!! I paid almost $30 for 2 subs and I got jipped. I will never come to this location again!
If I could give negative stars, I would. We ordered 2 sandwiches and made them meals and then got a churro. We did have it delivered. When our order was delivered, we only got our sandwiches. I called the store and spoke with Ashley. She admitted that they got busy and forgot the churro. I then spoke with her manager named Travis. We were told if we came into the store he would help us make it right, but we were in the process of working. We decided to worry about it later and started eating the sandwiches. That's when we realized we didn't even get the right sandwiches! We went to the store after work and spoke to Travis who then told us they couldn't do anything! After being at the store for almost an hour, we finally got a hold of Pablo who was the owner. He offered to remake the sandwiches, but was not willing to do anything for the chips and drinks or the churro that they forgot. Finally after arguing with him, he finally agreed to a full refund. Highly disappointing to be treated like we were trying to rip off the store! I will NEVER go back to this store again.
Very disappointed in your employees. Cashier charged a $2.00 tip without asking, which to me is very deceitful. About 1:00 pm on 12/7/2023.
Since Vivid everything have changed, salads now are small and they don't mixed them,
