Pizza Hut - Murray

I put the order in at 8:30 PM never received my food the next day I tried to call them from the time that they opened until 1 PM and could not get a hold of anybody kept getting picked up and then hung up so I decided to go in there come to see the managersitting down, literally ignoring all the phone calls saying that they pretty much close anytime they need to after eight whentheir store hours says 10 PM I will never come here again. It was such a terrible experience. The store was filthy inside when Igot there.

Have been leary of pizza chains lately but wanted to try the new melt. I'm sure ordering around lunch time helped, but the melts were amazing! Crust was crispy, although meat lovers was a bit greasy. 10/10 would order again! Ate them too fast for picssorry!

On 3 seperate occasions we have had our pick up order cancelled with no contact letting us know. This time they said they run out of everything, which from looking at the line was pretty well stocked. The time previously they closed early with no postingof call letting us know that they would be closed before our order was done... Just choose a different location if you wantpizza hut, these guys are clowns

Took over an hour and a half for 2 medium pizzas to be delivered after waiting an hour for them to even bake them. It would?ve been faster to make a homemade pizza from scratch. Wouldn?t suggest ordering from this location. The pizza itself was bland andflavorless as well and definitely not worth it.

Placed order online, they sent a message that it would be delivered by Door Dash, had I known I would have never ordered it. Door Dash is the worst. Door dash driver calls to confirm address and then proceeded to deliver my food to another house andthen ask me for a five star rating. I called Pizza hut to complain and they said not our problem you have to call Door Dash. Itold them I didn't hire door dash you did and they didn't care. Never ordering from here again. Terrible service.
