Mcdonald's - Murphysboro

One of the worst McDonald's you'll ever find. Obviously lazy absentee owners . Lousy management. Poorly trained employees. Sometimes they close without notice. Half the time if you go over there at 20 till close they're out of something or they won't make it for you. Had a manager tell me they couldn't make a mcchicken because they had no one there and there were at least five employees inside the store. She told me they were clocked out.Moved to a brand new building oriented for drive-thru and mobile orders and the service is even worse than it used to be.

Hot coffee was cold, iced coffee was warm, both of them terrible, and it took them 10 minutes to make them.

As someone who also works in fast food, there is no way they should be messing up my order every time. I keep getting 4 pieces instead of 6, always get apple slices instead of the extra fries I asked for, and this time the person at the window couldn’t just read the screen. Forgot both of my drinks, asked if we had a sweet tea 3 times (we didn’t) and then forgot to give us our food.

This McDonald's has always been slow, I was really hoping their new location would improve this.....nope.We went through the drive thru, besides having to repeat each order twice (3 sperate meals) they still managed to get it wrong. Plus we were parked having to wait on drinks... which they got wrong as well. 16 minutes waiting for a large coffee that didn't have the cream sugar, 2 separate trips to get 1 large coke but hey, at least they got the iced Carmel Macchiato right.

Went to McDonald’s before work on Friday 7/28, I ordered ahead on the app for curbside pickup. When I got there I literally sat for 20 minutes!!! And this was after ordering ahead online and driving to the restaurant. I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave without my food otherwise I would’ve been late for work. I would like I full refund for my order but highly doubt that I will get one, but I don’t really care about the money, it’s the fact that I took the time to order ahead online and they didn’t have my order ready in a timely manner. I mean you’re already paying for the food when you order ahead the least they can do is have it ready by the time you get there. I don’t even mind waiting 5-10 minutes, but 20 plus minutes?!?! Highly unacceptable. Lobby was closed so I couldn’t go in, no one answering the phone, just a very bad experience from a very poorly managed McDonald’s. 0/10 will not return again. Enjoy the 4 bucks.
