Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Murphysboro

The food was good, but the atmosphere was quite unpleasant. The trash outside was overflowing onto the ground, which made me wonder if the inside was just as neglected. This definitely left a bad impression. Come on, Dairy Queen—your image is just as important as your great food!

This Dairy Queen offers the best chocolate ice cream I've ever had, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. The staff was rude and seemed quite confused; they gave me soda instead of the unsweetened tea I ordered, handed us vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate, and the dipped cone I received was the most unappealing one I've ever seen.

The staff was very rude and didn’t provide us with all our food. When we presented our receipt, they insisted that we pay for the missing items.

Came here on our way back home from Lambert Airport. The food was good. Surprised they had the white gravy for the chicken strips, as not everywhere does anymore.

I love this location lovely staff moves quickly to get your order out. Since prices are up, the chicken strips are a lot smaller! The $7 value meal is now a single cheeseburger. Great for children's meals! Overall very lovely either takout itdining in with friends.
