Sal's Brooklyn Pizza - Murphy

I experienced a scam with my pizza order. I paid for 18 pieces, but they sent me a box meant for 16. You definitely can't fit 18 pieces in a 16-piece box. Be sure to double-check the prices before you order, as the ones advertised differ from what you actually pay. I won't be going back.

I called to place an order and had a few questions that weren't addressed on their website or online menu. After waiting on hold for about five minutes, I completely understand that places can get busy. But when I was finally reconnected, I was put on hold two more times. When I finally had a chance to ask my questions, the person on the phone told me to check their website and menu—something I had already done. If they don't have time to take a simple pizza order or answer a couple of basic questions from their customers, there are plenty of other, nicer places in Murphy. Here’s a piece of local advice: just because they've been in the pizza business for a long time doesn’t mean their way is the only way. If their staff is consistently that rude to customers, I’m surprised they’re still in business.

Scam look on bottom of your pizza box 16 your paying for 18 pie. You can't put a 18 pie in a 16 box. Check you pricing before leaving store with his advertised pricing there different. Scam No More

The pizza is alright but the owner Sal is extremely rude and disrespectful not just his customers but also his employees. Those poor girls look absolutely terrifed of him and his explosive temper!
