Wendy's Restaurant - Murfreesboro

Not going to lie...Wendy's is my favorite! Especially this one. You can never go wrong with a frosty and some Nuggs! Top it off with some friendly people, and boom! Love it here!

D or Dean assisted me when Uber eats completely dropped the ball and delivered me a entirely wrong order that was also cold! I called, he told me come on down and he'd take care of it. With professionalism and a welcoming embrace he worked to fix my order and made it fresh. He was a younger guy, I assume he was the manager with how well he handled the situation with me. If he is not currently in a management position, I feel it's noteworthy to point this out. He has quite a bit of potential and I was happy to have been helped out by him. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible. Hamburgers was very cold. Was supposed to get free frosty and that never happened. Four employees hanging out in dining room. Don't know if they were off the clock or a shift change. They were noisy with laughter. Sorry but will not go back to that location again.

These are large fries? Do better Wendy's! If I paid for a large, it should look like what you advertise! This is more like medium fries serving in a large fry container! You're lucky my fiancé didn't check like I told him to because I would've demanded more fries. I should receive what I paid for which was $17.13 worth. But I can't even get my fries filled to the correct amount?!? Smfh.

The lady in the drive-thru got our order wrong. My sister is allergic to onions. Yet they put onions on her burger after she explained this fact. The cashier had a very ugly disposition and still hasn't answered the phone calls I've made to fix my sister's food.
