Top Cold Grill Ice Cream Tea

This place was really great! The atmosphere is really different from everywhere other ice cream shop in town. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and funny! The ice cream was pretty tasty too! I loved getting to watch them make mine. I highly recommend the Oreo!! The macha ice cream is strong, but definitely worth the wait! We will be back to try the milks and bubble teas!!!

I've never had bubble tea before today. The coconut milk tea is fantastic. What a great flavor! The service is very good, and the shop itself has super cute interior design. I will definitely visit again.

Me and my fiance came for the soft opening and it was crazy busy. I had a special request to mash the oreo in my peanut butter ice cream. They were very nice and you could tell they were all tired. The special instructions were overlooked and when I brought it to their attention the owner was very kind and understanding and made me a new one on the spot! The customer service is beyond the top and have made 2 new customers! We will definitely be back!

Got to admit, I 've been there 4 days in 1 week and the girl at the cashier says 'Hey, you 're back! ' Lol a little embarrassing but i love the place. The ice cream rolls are different from your normal 'scoop of from the bucket '. They let you watch as they make it. The bubble milk teas are made perfectly. Not too watered down, tapioca aren 't over or under cooked. As much as I 'll probably become their regular one day, this is definitely a place everyone can enjoy!
