Starbucks - Murfreesboro

The manager of this Starbucks is awesome. He approved fixing something that the Starbucks across the street screwed up (badly). It’s not customary for them to do this but it was a super kind gesture and I’m super appreciative of it. Thanks!

Starbucks is great. The service was not. Javier so so rude to my 10 year old neice. She went to order her own drink and cake pop. “We don’t have those” no sorry no nothing. I asked for another option. He said if you don’t see it we don’t have it. The drink came out without a sticker on it so I confirmed the order. He took the drink turned around and I guess went and fixed it sat it on the counter and said not a word. Javier has the worst customer service. This happen on 5/7 around 330 pm. The sad part is that all the employee were allowing him to treat us like this… it’s sad. And honestly I won’t come back to this one.

The website said they close at 9 I got their at 8 and they where closed

This Starbucks sits right inside the Murfreesboro Target and is exactly what you expect from a Target Starbucks location. Those expectations are limited menu, hit and miss service and healthy wait times. The day I popped in I found the line to be about 8 deep and slow moving, but I will say that the Baristas behind the counter were doing their thing to an impressive degree! Once I made my way up to the counter, I asked for a Cold Brew, which sadly they were out of...but they had plain Iced, so I wasn't too bad off. I sat and waited at one of the 4 tables they have in the area and after about 4 minutes I was able to scoop my coffee up and hit the aisles!Overall, I ended up with an Iced Coffee topped with Chocolate Cold Foam and got to wander around Target...I've had worse days!

While going inside to get my order from my daughter I noticed the eggs weren’t toasted to an almost burnt state, I don’t eat them any other way. I talked to the manager after I saw they were still white and she said “I can’t accept those eggs” and that she wouldn’t toast them. I said I wouldn’t eat them, I spend $5 almost $6 on eggs I can’t eat. She said throw them away if I want and I did. She then toasted some new ones and again not to my liking and they finally pulled out the burnt eggs. The manager was rude, and the girls behind were also talking bad about the situation
