Starbucks - Murfreesboro

The gnat/fruit fly infestation has grown so severe at this location over the last month that sitting inside is now unbearable, because of constantly having swat the flies away from your face. Staff is great, never had an issue with an order.

So I order 20$ in goods and 20 min later I still do not have my drink They obviously forgot it in the fray 10 min earlier I hand gotten the other items This guy ?Alex? starts giving my wife and I attitude When my wife said that we had been here a long time He responded with ?I have been here a long time too? So I had to actually tell him that his responses weren?t welcome He insisted on having the last word management has actually come over and tell him to get back to work I was polite the whole time I actually gave a five dollar tip on a $20 ticket before all this happened I don?t get it

Overall a good experience. The food and drinks are good, the service could be better timed in getting items out together, but not bad. The atmosphere is friendly.

There is a severe fly issue at this location. I've been here 2 Sundays back to back and there are flys flying around everywhere. I can only imagine they try to get into the coffee pastries. This is an issue that management needs to resolve quickly for sanitary issues.

The Store was pretty full around 4 PM on Thursday. We had a group of 5 meeting up and had difficulty getting seating together. The Service was fairly fast. The afternoon iced coffee and pastry break was much needed. We were finally able to snag a chair from a table occupied by one, so that we could stay and chat indoors over our snack. The music was a bit loud and the one available restroom seemed to be constantly occupied. There is a small patio outside with maybe 3 tables, and another couple 2 toppers on the sidewalk. The drive thru seemed to be pretty non-stop and the indoor line was pretty constant.
