Sonic Drive-in - Murfreesboro

Pulled in about 9:40 last night, ordered, she brings the order out and starts throwing the ice cream and it spills all over my husband, doesn’t really seem to care cuz she’s in a rush he pushed the button to get ranch for fried pickles we just ordered at 10:05 she just responded with we’re closed!! You’d think the least she could have done after spilling ice cream everywhere because she was throwing it in the car would have been to walk a packet of ranch out worst Sonic experience ever!!

I did an online application maybe a week ago and the phone number i put on the application is out of service currently so i won’t be able to know if i’ve heard back or not and i’m not able to find an email to contact about this.

If I could give a -10 stars I would. They NEVER get my order right and when I order the boneless chicken wings I get like 5 of them barely in any sauce. Horrible!!!! No longer wasting my money on this ghetto of a store.

I enjoy going here and the ice creams and slushes are great but good is only ok so reason for the 4 stars. The service has been taking longer then it has in the past also was the reason for 4 stars overall for the cost it's still worth it and they do seem well maintained and ranFood: 4/5

Something's always wrong. They never answer when you want to place an order; you press the red button, wait times over 15 minutes or more, who knows how long it might take.
