Sir Pizza-memorial Blvd. - Murfreesboro

I love Sir Pizza and I eat with my parents when I'm in town. My parents often eat there since they live a mile away. That means we keep getting pizzas that are cooked over. The edges are completely black. My parents told me every time I eat with them. Thursday evening I asked the server to ask the cook to pull the pizzas early to not burn them. You're right if you think they were burned. When I paid for the meal when I asked if everything was okay, I said everything, but the burned pizzas. I was told they were not used to the new oven. What can my parents say?

I need to light up the guys. Pies are hot, ingredients are excellent, and they have green olives, unlike most chains in the city. Customer service could not be better either. Had an order for the promotion and came as an hour too early to pick them up, but they had me out of the door under 15 minutes. Staff were polite and helpful all the time, despite the circumstances. The management staff had room for improvements, but this is true for many places.

Thanks for a great dinner! My wife and I enjoyed the din in experience! Beer, salad, bread sticks and pizza. We took wings. Also evaluate the military discounts!

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced for a long time. Food is too expensive. We paid $28 for a pizza that looked like pepperoni was used on pizza in primary school. I'll never go back and I wouldn't recommend eating here.

This place is always packed so we decided to try it out. Bad decision. Ordered the lasagna. It was the smallest piece of lasagna I have ever seen. Not to mention the price of it was $9.69 with 2 pieces of soggy garlic bread. This is in NO way acceptable. It was pathetic. If you want lasagna that barely fits in a very large container, go to Carrabba?s. Do NOT waste your time here.
