Sal's Pizza - Murfreesboro

Me and my 13 year old daughter took a trip to New York a week or so ago. After eating the pizza up there we were on a mission to find pizza close to it. We tried several places that advertised it, but was nothing like the pizza there. A friend recommended Sals. When we got it, we were thrilled to see that it looked and tasted almost identical to the pizza we got in NYC....mission done. We will definitely be frequenting this place from here on out. The staff was also absolutely wonderful. I spoke to the owner and had mentioned the mission me and my daughter were on and he was even excited for us and wanted us to call him back after trying it to let him know how it was. He was genuinely interested in how we felt about it and I was glad we were able to let him know how on point our pizza was.

Finding good pizza in the South can be quite a challenge. After growing up near NYC, where pizza is exceptional, it's tough to enjoy what other places have to offer. However, Sal's is a standout in the area—it truly knows how to make pizza. Be sure to try the Garlic pizza; it's excellent and reminiscent of home!

Wow!!! Thank you for helping us with a perfect birthday party at Sal's!!! The staff and food were excellent!!! 11 kids, 4 adults and you ROCKED it!!! Thank you. The kids are still talking about how good the pizza was and how much fun we had!

I am originally from Philadelphia, PA. Since moving down to middle TN I have been in search of pizza like they make back home. Murfreesboro you are fortunate to have an authentic NY style pizzeria in town. Sal's is the real deal! Highly recommend!

Thank Goodness someone knows how to make good pizza in the South! Being from Jersey I'm a tough pizza critic and love Sal's!
