Royal Indian Cuisine - Murfreesboro

The food was fantastic! We opted for the buffet, which allowed us to sample a variety of different dishes.

It was okay. I've had way better Indian food from other places before. The service is judt okay as well. It was extremely hot inside when we visited. It was unbelievable. I am not sure if it is always like that, but it was really really hot and very uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to finish eating so I can get out of there. It was summer, and was hot outside but it was still better outside. It might not always that hot, maybe they were having problem with the a/c, who knows, they didn't say anything even though everyone was complaining. We probably won't be back.

The first time Indian cuisine try... great food and even better experience. Our waiter, Brian, was very knowledgeable about the menu and things for us to try to facilitate our pallet in the new flavors. We definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and staff.

We had a meal consisting of appetizers, course meal and dessert. Everything was very nice. The staff was so nice, helpful and generous. Every time we finished all records, they offered to give us more. The atmosphere was so beautiful. We had a really beautiful and special experience.

To kick things off, we ordered two appetizers. First up was the Chicken Pakora, which resembles chicken fingers but is packed with spices in a tempura-like batter. This dish was perfect for my husband, who tends to shy away from trying new things, as it offered a familiar taste with a delightful twist. The second appetizer was Samosa Chaat; honestly, I can't quite describe it, but I can tell you it was incredibly delicious and fresh. My husband even said it reminded him of pico de gallo with sweet potatoes (even though there were no sweet potatoes in it, haha) and topped with crispy noodle flakes. For our main course, we chose Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Curry, and Chicken Makhni, and of course we had to get some Naan bread—it's the perfect vehicle for getting food to your mouth! Honestly, what's the point of using a fork when you have Naan? All the dishes were fantastic, and we ordered them mild because I wanted to enjoy the different spices. Maybe next time we'll turn up the heat a bit, but mild was perfect for us this time around. And for someone as picky as my husband, he ate everything and even said he would definitely return for more. I know I've focused mostly on the food, but oh my goodness, it was good! I can't wrap up this review without mentioning the staff. We were greeted by a fantastic host/waiter who made us feel right at home with his warm smile. It felt like a family restaurant, as he was genuinely attentive and made us feel like part of the family, ensuring we had a great experience.
