Romano's Macaroni Grill Murfreesboro

The meal was quite good, we were the only people in the restaurant for about half an hour. the escape took a long time to get out of the kitchen. the location murfreesboro is now closed.

We were here to celebrate our 20-year anniversary, they had problems with the billing system all our foods came to start at a time and or dinner was moderate it was our first time eating here was not very impressed

Our party of 5 came on time for our 6:45 reservation. our hostess has absolutely avoided that several groups of people have already waited when we arrived and then have avoided the eye contact with us at all costs. finally, she began to recognize customers, party by party. when it was our turn, we told her we had a 6:45 reservation. it was 6:48 exactly when she said it was 10-15 minutes, and I think it was more like half and hour before we sat. we would have waited that long somewhere without reservation, so shouldn't you shorten the amount of waiting time? our server was decent, but the restaurant was understated and he was excited to give his tables the attention we all deserved. he was friendly and apologetic and did his best to make sure we had everything we needed. we were not without, surprisingly. eating was good. Not amazing, but we were hungry and tired, so it was very welcomed when it came.

Forward called to table whole travel (7:30 o'clock on a sat. night) and said there was a 30 45 minutes waiting. okaaayyyyyyyy. 15 min later advertised and were welcomed by 2 hostesses who were completely unclear. we sat immediately in the dining room, which had dozens of empty tables, of which at least one dozen were empty, but had not been traveled. after 15 minutes at the table our server (bailey) finally came around and apologized for late, explained that several people were convened and underoccupied. we'll get it, everything happens. When we waited for the drinks to arrive, we saw that the diners are getting frustrated and waiting for boxes and controls to arrive. I ordered a dirty martini and bartender served it even great drink. eating was at best mediocre. the entries were lukewarm and quality less than average. server and barkeeper worked hard under difficult conditions. our negative experience was entirely due to Lax management. will never return.

Normally I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant, however my last experience makes me worried to send anyone there again.
