Contribuiți la feedbackThe restaurant was clean and offered good service, complete with a play area. If you're expecting anything beyond that from a McDonald's, it might be best to look elsewhere. It was a fantastic spot for our child to burn off some energy during a long road trip before we hit the road again. The play area is a bit small with limited seating for eating, but it's a multi-story setup, which provides plenty of space for kids to play.
We had the pleasure of being served by Simon Pineda, who is an exceptional manager, individual, and employee. He was very courteous and demonstrated outstanding communication skills. We truly appreciate his dedication and the positive energy he brings. This experience makes me eager to return again!
I highly advise against visiting this restaurant late at night. The service is both poor and exceedingly slow. If you're considering ordering through DoorDash after midnight, think again—your food will take at least two hours to arrive, and it won't be hot. Typically, there are only three employees working during these hours. Last night, the drive-through line was wrapped around the building, with cars two lines deep all the way to the road, and about five DoorDash drivers waiting outside the pickup window. To make matters worse, one of the employees decided it was a good time to stroll into the lobby and play with a co-worker's baby for two to three minutes, despite there being only three people working in the restaurant. Overall, it's best to avoid this place if you're hoping for a timely meal.
Now, here's the crazy part: one of my burgers was missing its bottom bun! I had just two patties and cheese topped with the top bun and some condiments. How does that even happen? (And to make matters worse, I accidentally ate another pickle today. I've frequented this location many times because it's convenient and close to my workplace. While I've encountered issues with my orders before, nothing quite like this has ever happened.)
I waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes. When I reached the window, I was informed that they were out of one of the items I had ordered. A couple of weeks ago, we visited a McDonald's where my husband had to go back twice to get the correct meal.
