Mcdonald's - Murfreesboro

This rating is for the night shift ONLY!!! They ARE THE WORST!!! This location is the nearest to my home but from now on if it's after 2pm, I will visit another location! Night shift manager hanging outside instead of attending to the store, line wrapped around, and on top of THAT I'm getting undercooked food!!! Emailed and CALLED the corporate office, NO RESPONSE... Talked to the managers and of course they say they'll handle it but the same people are there and nothing has changed. If you all don't revamp this location, it's gonna go DOEN

The staff don't know the menu tbh. I went to get a 40 piece nugget and they accidentally put a small fry. We politely asked for them to take it off, and PUT TWO BASKETS OF FRYS!! WHERE DID THEY COME FROM??? ? If 0 stars was an option It would definitely come in handy.

On 11-11-22. Ordered a $3 bundle (mcdouble w/ fry), with extra cheese, plain. They put the extra slice of cheese in a McChicken box. I immediately went in and had them rectify the issue. They were as appalled as I was.

I don't know of they are under staffed but the service thru the drive thru was awful. You could here someone arguing thru the speaker. Did not take my order correctly. If I can avoid it I will not go there again.Food: 4/5

I order a triple cheese burger with a large fry and it was horrible. The fries were cold and old and the sandwich was dry and cold.
