I ordered the original recipe 2-piece dark, and it was incredibly greasy—the box was literally dripping with oil. The meat wasn't even cooked all the way through. If I hadn't been in such a hurry, I would have turned back to complain. The food was terrible that day.
I waited more than ten minutes to be served, only to be told that I should have said hello. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I received old, greasy fries and overcooked tenders. I returned the order and requested either a refund or a freshly made meal. After an extended wait, the manager sarcastically informed me that she was sorry I wasn't accommodated.
This KFC should be shut down! I ordered 32 pieces of chicken for my family's $90 order to celebrate my mom's birthday, and when I arrived, I was told that someone else had already picked up my order! After reading other reviews, I’m not even surprised! People of Murfreesboro, avoid KFC on Memorial at all costs! They’ve scammed so many good customers. To make matters worse, they refused to remake my food after giving it to someone else and made me call corporate for a refund (the corporate staff were very nice, though, and even offered to file a complaint about the refusal to remake my order). It’s absolutely ridiculous! I’ve used Uber Eats to order from here as well, and had to wait an eternity, but I tried to cut them some slack, thinking they might be short-staffed like many places these days. I will NEVER make this mistake again.
I placed an online order which told me my food would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later, to be told not only did they not have my order ready, they were out of food, I could NOT get anything, I needed to cancel my order. This was over anhour before they close. What 's the point of saying open if you aren 't going to provide food up to the aforementioned closingtime completely unacceptable and now I have to go thru a long complicated case, and process to get my order cancelled orrefunded because you chose not to provide me the food I ordered!
Today, I went back and noticed a guy at the register, so I pulled into the drive-thru and waited. While I was waiting, I could hear the staff chatting inside the restaurant. After quite some time, someone finally came to take my order, but the silence was deafening. At that point, I thought, "Forget KFC."
