Buffalo Wild Wings - Murfreesboro

I love buffalo wild wings, but the service and the quality at this location is lacking at best. Most of the time, I take my food Togo. I ALWAYS have to get extra sauce on the side or buy a bottle, because there's barely any sauce on the wings, they are very dry. Tonight I ordered the usual, I get home open my food and found 9 out of 10 wings. It's not a big deal, but I'm a paying customer. I called the restaurant and after 20 minutes, the manager made excuses for his team and just offered me a couple of dollars. I don't really care about one wing , it's the service and the inconvenience. I also ordered celery carrots and ranch. The ranch dressing wasn't even half full.

The service and quality of the food declines with every visit. My last visit confirmed t me that I will never return.Our server McKenna was not present for any of her tables. Once we received our food (I'll get into later) we never saw her again until we asked for our check.Our wings were rubbery and warm as if they were microwaved. There was absolutely zero flavor on the as well. Our fries were cold and hard ad if they dipped them back in the fryer and sat them out. This place is totally overpriced for the lackluster food and service. That was a waste of $54 plus a tip our server did not deserve.

We went to this location and it took 20 mins to be greeted, after being greeted my boyfriend ordered a beer that took forever as the bartenders were standing around, not doing anything and then to top it all off it got set on the wrong table that no one was sitting at. then i myself ordered a drink and it took forever as well to only for the server Kirsten to come back and say oh i know why it’s not being made, do you want a single or a double. i work in the restaurant industry and feel as if that is something that should have been asked upon me ordering the drink. we asked for the check and left. didn’t even order food.overall bad experience and 0.5 star review if i could.

Went in for my birthday lunch with my bestie and her daughter. Gavin was a excellent waiter. The restaurant was clean from the front door to the bathrooms. The wings we got were on point as always, I tried the house beer and it was so good I had 2 ?

Come to watch sports and drink. Do not come to eat, wings are terrible. Tasted like they had been sitting for hours or fryer oil was VERY expired. Idk but it was disgusting and took an hour in kitchen. Threw them out. Told bartender and she kind of just laughed/smiled.. was curious why it was dead on Saturday night, this is why. Wait staff seemed decent though.
