Store needs to close, employees need to be trained, management needs to be trained. I was appalled at everything today as I tried to get a meal for my family

The best fry chicken juicy, great season and the beans and rice are great plus customer service is great. I go there about 3 times a week love it.

Stopped here while waiting on some other motorcycle riders. We were able to dine in. Placed orders and they were served up hot and fresh. The Cajun chicken biscuit is the best. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dining area was clean and orderly. Great place for a quick breakfast.

Best quality chicken. Definitely replacing Popeyes because Popeyes is never open even in the middle of the day. And the customer service is better at bojangles. We forgot our chocolate banana pie but it came highly recommended so we drove all the way back for it anyways. Great chicken. Amazing dirty rice. Biscuits are incredible. Thank y’all so much for the excellent service. Love the big box our family meal came in.

After waiting 30 minutes from the time we placed the online order we showed up because it said it would be ready. When we arrive they say it will be an additional 30 minutes ?but the chicken will be fresh?. After waiting more than an hour total since thetime the order was originally placed the order was not even correct and the food wasn?t hot and chicken obviously not fresheither. If I was going to be receiving old food why did it take such a long time? Save yourself the time and don?t go here as itwill be a disappointment.
