Bojangles - Murfreesboro

Maybe I picked the wrong item (I got a chicken sandwich and a drink), they didn't put sandwich spread on it. No mayonnaise or ketchup or something else. I asked for the sauce on both sides. Don't get me wrong the chicken was great eatin. Just thought it would taste better not dry bread chicken sandwich. Fast service. Friendly employees. Parking lot no sweat. I have to say it I think I found my new favorite place to get lunch.

Drive thru order and did not receive multiple items. The lady at the window is asking me what all I had and when I offered her my receipt (because obviously they didn't know) she tells me oh it's ok we have the orders on the screen. What kind of service is that??

Poor service. Order is always wrong. Always missing something. Everytime!!!! Don't forget to check your Togo orders. Other than that. Great chicken. Very close to home

Sweet tea is always good. Employees are friendly but if you get there after noon your chicken will be old. This is an amazing restaurant before noon. After that it's old chicken and fried for you.

Gave me the complete wrong order. A biscuit with 2 day dried cheese and I gave it back and felt like it was done intentionally. it was 4 pm and I ordered chicken fingers, what they gave me was a cheese bis from this morning. A young employee told me in front of my daughter at the drive through she didn't give a F$ what I thought. She's the face and voice of Bojangles.
