The team members are awesome. They made sure my grandchildren had exactly what they wanted. We even got some rainbow sherbet to go!

Bad service. On their phones and didn’t want to get our order. And then had a problem with a toddler having fun being loud. Making comments about it. But The young man working was very kind and took our order with no problem.
Good ice cream but the service is extremely slow and I do not want to give my hard earned money when having to wait over 20 minutes for ice cream. Went down the road to the next ice cream shop and they served us within minutes of being there. Will not go back to baskin robins
