Arby's - Murfreesboro

On a Monday evening at 5:30, the drive-thru was quite busy, but there was no wait in the lobby. I was able to grab my to-go order in just five minutes. Conner, the young man who took my order, was friendly and patient! He truly engaged with me as a customer, and our brief conversation was enjoyable. With that level of customer service, he's sure to succeed in his career! The lobby was clean and well-stocked, and the ladies' room was in good condition too. From what I could see of the kitchen and the staff, it embodied the typical fast-food hustle and bustle. Everyone appeared to be working well together and efficiently getting orders out. Hats off to this location!

We had a fantastic experience today. The service was exceptional and the young man named Will, who delivered our food, was particularly friendly. The food was delicious and fresh. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Best experience I've had in a while. Ordering was efficient and accurate. Joe at the drive through was friendly and went above and beyond. After the frustrating day I had it was a much needed interaction. We'll be coming back more!

I get the turkey gyro meal about once a week. I am never disappointed. The service is quality and the gyro is always filled to overflowing. Curly fries really make it a great meal.
