Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered thru the app b1g1f footlong. I went to pick it up they had no order. I showed the girl where it was taken out my account and it had the store number that was for her store. When I told her I placed online order she said the website was acting up and they couldn't do anything for me but take my name and number and the manager would call me when she gets time. I said what about my refund she said the manager would call me or go on the app and do refund. I asked her how to do a refund she said I don't know I don't use the app. I said okay would you honor my coupon in store if I reorder she told me no. Very nasty attitude just kinda brushing me off. I been a manager over 20 years and you try to do what makes the customer happy there was no sorry no nothing. Here it has been 24 hours since i ordered and still no call from the manager. I went up there to see about finding a solution no help again just brushed off and told me the manager would call when they have time and figure out a way for my refund. This is very unprofessional and I would never treat a customer this way. If I could rate a 0 I definatly would
I eat subway alot. But I will not eat at the one this man owns anymore. He owns this one, the one in tickfaw and one on university he's employees said. I use the coupons at all the subways I go to and it's the reason I eat there... because coupons make it reasonably priced. Well they say the honor them at that store then charge you extra at the register for cheese. So my 12.99 for 2 sandwiches was almost 19$. They charge almost 5$ for cheese... The coupons specifically says what is not covered it does not say anything about cheese on a Phillies cheesesteak. So I will intentionally avoid these subways and go to other ones just because I feel they are dishonest.
My favorite subway by far. I enjoy the freshness of it all, that I know of the price and size are the same! At one other subway near my home they took the sandwich and cut the size down to a 4X4! I want my 6” sandwich!
I got a flat driving through while waiting for AAA the cashiers husband was nice enough to patch it for me. IM SOOO GRATEFUL TO HIM. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I made it to Jacksonville and home to Texas. Good people are out here.
The food was great, and the young man making our sandwich was very sweet to us! However, the girl that was checking us out was not very good with customers and should not be working in the front. We simply were making small talk about the receipt and she said “I’m required to ask sir” and rolled her eyes under her breath and walked off to the back. I understand having a bad day and working in customer service can suck some days, we’ve all been there but I really wish we would’ve had a better experience.
