Munster Donuts

Recently, I spent some time in Munster visiting a family member at the community hospital, and during my stay, I discovered several fantastic places worth visiting. This donut shop is definitely one of the top spots. Their freshly made donuts are simply irresistible and melt in your mouth. I stopped by on a whim and ended up picking up three dozen regular-sized donuts, along with a box of the large ones. Where I come from, there’s a family-owned bakery renowned for its exceptional donuts, and I must say, these are right up there with them. I’ll definitely be returning. Plus, bringing a dozen donuts to the nurses at the hospital is always a nice gesture!

The cinnamon rolls are so fresh and delicious—they're my absolute favorite! I made another visit to try the apple fritters, and I was amazed to find real apple filling inside. I've never had a fritter like this before, and they've now surpassed the cinnamon rolls as my new favorite! I'm not sure why they're closed on Mondays, though.

The donuts are fantastic, but the staff can be a bit bothersome with their constant chatter when you're just trying to browse the selection and decide what to order. During my last three visits, their meddling has been frustrating to the point of annoyance. Just let us look at the donuts after we’ve said we're browsing! It's a small issue, and if I could give 4.5 stars, I definitely would. However, it is quite irritating and it seems to happen every time I go.

Take the walk then hit the shop...the shop that everyone is talking about. The lighter than light melt in your mouth yeast pleasures will leave you smiling! Cake like donuts are pleasantly not heavy but airy. The locals in line were more than happy toshare their favorite picks with others. The pleasant helpful staff is more than friendly are great sources forrecommendations. Listen to them, they definitely know their product.

AlwYs fabulous. True classic donuts. I'm wiring for them to open another branch. Family loves them all but my favorites are the cinnamon coffee rolls. OMG, a bit of heaven. Just save me a couple. AlwYs fresh and delicious.
