We’ve visited this restaurant multiple times, and the food and service have consistently been excellent. However, during our recent pick-up order yesterday, we experienced several issues. Our rainbow roll had plastic inside, and my miso ramen was missing its toppings, including the pork belly. I called the restaurant, and they credited me for the rainbow roll, but I believe these kinds of mishaps shouldn’t occur at a restaurant. We drove all the way there and back, only to be left completely disappointed.

This is my second time ordering from here, and I was disappointed once again. The portion sizes are small and the prices are high. The Kitaro Monster Roll, which includes shrimp tempura, snow crab, and avocado, had only one piece of shrimp at the end of the roll. To be honest, it’s not any better than what you’d find at Jewel.
