I had an amazing lunch today! The staff was fantastic, and the food was delicious!

Terrible customer service, young lady behind counter acted as if I wasn't paying for my order. I order 3 GIANT subs which only came with the amount of meat for a regular, only way I know is because of the guy ahead of me who ordered a regular size of the giant I order. I've never been to an establishment that treated me this horrible, will either just go to subway or make my own. Save your money and dignity and just go elsewhere

We arrived 2 hours before closing time, and we were told that they were out of bread and could only make bowls and wraps. I don't like to give one-star reviews, but if a sandwich shop can't make sandwiches because they're out of bread and it's not even close to closing time, then I suppose it is justified. Because without bread, it's not really a sandwich shop.

The only thing I can complain about was them adding mushrooms to my sandwich during two different occasions after I asked for no mushrooms. Besides that, this places is VERY Good.

Ordered online for pick up and when I git there I could tell the staff was kind of busy with a cpl ppl in line but even when I got up to the register the young man behind didn't greet me which I found a bit unfriendly. Fortunately the girl who was actually busy making sandwiches at the end) called out over everyone to ask if I was picking up. She immediately came down to grab my food and hand it to me. Very helpful and great service from her. She's the reason I will be retuning. Perhaps a brushing up on customer service is in order for the remaining staff. Food was delicious also. Still 7 /10 experience
