Contribuiți la feedbackPeperina was recommended to us by the owner of posada el pucará, the gasthof where we stayed. they use local, organic products and locally sourced meat, and the cook makes magic with them. later, I found out that he has trained and cooked for years with Argentine Super Cook francis mallman, and he knows what he does. it was undoubtedly the best meal we had on this trip, and we had a lot of good food. they have a good wine card, and the malbec our waitress was recommended moderate price and one of the best I ever had. peperina is decorated in a beautiful old house, simple and tasteful, and the service is excellent. Note: they do not take credit cards, so make sure they have enough pesos. in our case the owner of the gas house called them up and arranged for us to pay him for the meal with a credit card and to refund the restaurant for him. if they are in traslasierra and they love eating good, don't miss this place!
