I love the llama stew!!!! I asked the lady what dish to recommend and she said llama stew. It was cooked nicely, the meat was tender and tasteful. The servings of both salad and oil stew I ordered were very generous.
This is the best place to try local food. Hidden in a narrow street belonging to a local family. Locrow was delicious and for vegetarians there are a few options. Recommended!
Great lunch! The best empanadas. Delicious, simply made and spided hot. Also a delicious Quinoa salad with potatoes and beet. Beautiful vegetables with real flavors. The bathroom was impeccable.
Visited here for lunch when we were given free time on a day tour, and as discovered on Tripadvisor. A great place for local food, and visited by tourists and locals alike. I had Locro (a traditional stew that i’d been trying for days to get in Salta but couldnt find as it’s apparently a winter dish), my partner had a cold minced alpaca dish with cheesy toast and we had a delicious alpaca empanada to share. All of it was really tasty. It wasn’t cheap by local standards, but was a highlight meal.
