Eichbaum - Mundingen

Eichbaum is not only a good restaurant, it also has inexpensive rooms. It is a very good guest house near Emmendingen. Very suitable for a short stay. Extremely clean and tidy. The rooms are very comfortable, and they all have a shower...and toilet attached to very rooms. A single room with breakfast is EURO 60.00. They also have an excellent kitchen with mouth irrigation dishes. If you get a chance to have a meal, it is worth doing this. Have had the opportunity to stay close to this pension several times during the visit of friends. The rooms are small but very clean and tidy. Breakfast is simple, but very good. The restaurant has a very good reputation in the area and... it is very difficult to get a reservation at weekends to lunch or dinner. The menu selection, and the food quality is excellent, and is highly recommended, and reasonable in price and the portions are extremely generous. But consider room prices a little on the high side, for the area concerned. They offer WiFi in the rooms, but has very weak signals. Wi-Fi is best in the restaurant area. Very good, bourgeois restaurant with reasonable excursions. schnitzel, pommes and salat are already available for 11,50€. a visit with the whole family is worthwhile there.

While visiting friends in the neighaboring village, which is fairly restricted for accommodation, we were recommended to spend the night at Gasthaus Eichbaum in Emmendingen.The guest house provides spotlessly clean rooms with all amenities.Slightly on the expensive side for the area.A family run Guest House, they offer a very good breakfast.Very popular among the local residents for weekend lunches.The quality of food is excellent,The owner is extremely friendly.I will not hesitate to stay here whenever I visit my friends,Thanks for your hospitality,Kind regards Randolph Perera
