I prefer their donuts over Sheetz, but if they're scheduled to open at 4 AM, they should actually be open at that time. I waited for 10 minutes, and at 5 minutes past 4, the door was still locked while the staff were in the back. Food: 5, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I waited at the counter, but the staff didn't acknowledge me, so I decided to leave. It’s worth mentioning that I was the only customer at the counter, and there were three employees behind it, all focused on the drive-thru.

This place is the most inefficient restaurant I've ever visited. The system they have in place is a complete waste of time for both the business and the customers. The manager really needs to address the serious lack of efficiency at this location. While America may run on Dunkin', Hughesville certainly does not. The older woman at the counter has the demeanor of the Grinch who stole Christmas—rather than being grateful for her job, she drags her feet and makes everyone waiting late. I stood in line for 20 minutes just to get a peanut butter cup donut. They filled my coffee order, but somehow, despite passing the peanut butter cup donuts multiple times, they were oblivious to my simple order while taking care of others that were far more complicated. Please hire some competent staff—your store is the worst within a 30-mile radius!
