Taco Bell - Muncie

When I went inside to resolve the situation, the manager barely let me speak and mentioned that the employee was special needs, but still refused to take my order. Instead, he insisted on helping me use the kiosk. I called corporate because I believe this situation needs addressing. Having worked with individuals with special needs myself, I know that there’s no excuse for the way I was treated. The manager should have stepped in to assist rather than being dismissive and rude, which only made matters worse for both me and his employee.

The staff in the mornings are fantastic, and the food is consistently excellent!

Similar to many other restaurants, they either close early or have long wait times.

Too much sauce on the quesadilla and chicken not well distributed inside it.

I find it that this store is lazy to work the front counter and make you do it your self that’s laziness to
