Mcdonald's - Muncie

Consistently slow! long drive thru lines and they never move. I decided to go in this morning and I waited 15 minutes, no one even realized that there are customers in the front register. Customers waiting for orders said they have been there for more than 30 minutes from the time they have ordered! this location is closest to me on the north side of the city and this lack of customer service and almost food has been slow for about 3 years!

Waited an insanely long time fof cookies but atleast they did me up on the amount so ty for that.

McDonald’s on McGalliard by the mall. Customer service is dead! Started my breakfast saga there at 10am, received my order at 10:25, delivered my daughter’s order to her only to find out they didn’t put steak on her steak bagel. When I got home, found I had a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin instead of an egg and cheese biscuit. Went back to McDonald’s and arrived at 10:50. Was told they would make it right. Checked with them periodically, while others got their breakfast, until 11:45 when a young lady, rudely handed me cash in a baggie and said, I’ve refunded your money, we don’t have any breakfast left and practically ran away. No offer to get me a sandwich or ask if I would like to order lunch, nothing. So I left. I wasn’t the only one. People were waiting up to 40 minutes for their orders, orders had to be remade that were incorrect. I’ve had poor service at McDonald’s before, but this was the worst. I avoid it like I avoid Walmart, but my family likes it. WHY??? This place needs a complete overhaul! Shame on you, Terhunes!!

McDonald's has become a complete RIPPOFF!!!! serving sizes keep shrinking including the sandwich, drinks and flurries...smaller and smaller! Also why are all the McDonald's painted dark, depressing colors?! I think it puts a person in a bad mood to sit in the drivethru line and stare at a dark grey building. Everything about McDonald's looks depressing.

Horrible. says it’s 24 hours but didn’t let us order when we got here. says they’re short staffed but there were no other customers other than us. they basically just complained about doing their job.
