Chipotle Mexican Grill - Muncie

The burritos here are delicious, featuring fresh meats cooked on-site. Just like at other Chipotle locations, you can customize your burritos or bowls with your choice of toppings. The staff is friendly and attentive to customers and their orders. Additionally, the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

The girl who made my burrito didn't seem to have proper training and overstuffed it to the point where she had to grab a second tortilla just to wrap it up. While I appreciated the extra filling, it turned into a messy situation that was impossible to eat without a knife and fork. I also requested a side of salsa verde, but that wasn't included in the bag. Thanks a lot, Chipotle! I guess she deserves to be paid $15 an hour for this experience.

I placed an online order a few days ago and really enjoyed it, which is why I decided to order again today. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. Upon examining my order, I noticed there was hardly any lettuce in my "salad" (I requested light fajita veggies), but that doesn’t excuse skimping on the salad itself. To make matters worse, I found a long hair in it, along with a greasy chunk at the bottom. Additionally, the portion was much smaller compared to my first order. While it was still acceptable, it was a significant difference from my initial experience.

Very similar to Qudoba, Moe's, and Chavas. Chipotle seems to love using cilantro as a seasoning as their differentiating flavor, so if you love the taste of that it's great! Flavor was a tad overbearing after a while, and the prices were slightly higher than we would've liked. A few tables were dirty (there's not many in this building) so seating choices were fairly limited. Staff were friendly and food turnaround time was low. Overall a good experience we're likely to try again on occasion.

First time visiting the restaurant at this location (had a gift card) and immediately confused by the Chipotlane . Is it a drive thru? Online order pickup? Since I didn 't want to wait in the line to find out, I pulled into a spot and tried to use the website to order a salad. Got through the site after a few failed attempts only to be blocked by the payment portion I couldn 't use my gift card. Ended up walking into the restaurant, but the door on the side where I parked was locked. Had to walk around the building. Then paid $9 for a barely there salad with the last remnants of lettuce in the container. Can 't say I 'm excited to go back and use the remaining money on the gift card.
