Captain D's - Muncie

Excellent fried fish and shrimps! The portions are large and for about 10 dollars you can get a great meal. The interior is not premium, so do not expect that, but they put a whole paper towel reel at each table and you will need it!

Okay full disclosure; My brain was applied to Long John Silvers for the Lobster bits. I moved to Captain Dee's. My wife also wanted to try the lobster rolls. I have the grilled Talapia. Great food. The most outstanding was a young man who works there. He looked after his surroundings and used several ways to help his employees. When I went over the parking lot to the garbage containers and redirected to pick up a piece of garbage in the lot. I hope they know an estimated employee because they have one.

I live in Indianapolis, Indiana, and I can’t wait to travel to Muncie just to visit Captain D's. I go there every time I make the trip, especially since we no longer have a Captain D's in our area. The staff is always so friendly, which makes the experience even better!

Great food and quick ride through. My husband's favorite is the fried catfish. I love the grilled Tilapia. I have an extra piece for my puppy. There are many possibilities. The staff is very friendly.

When our meals arrived, we were served very small, overcooked portions of fish, and we were told that the chicken would be out shortly. When the chicken finally came, the waitress merely tossed it on the table and walked away without another word. Based on this experience, I will never return to this store again.
