The Brasserie - Mumbai

Best thing about Hilton is that's it's designed like a 19th Century Summer Palace. <br/ <br/ There are instesting dining options in Hilton but my favourite is The Brassiere which feature extended Outside sitting area besides Pool amidst Lush greanery soothing sound of waterfall.<br/ <br/ The inside area features big bay windows overlooking the pool which is open 24/7and have a option of an elaborate Buffet or A-la Carte. <br/ <br/ Last time I was here at my bday and they had an Amazing Beer BBQ festival which featured a delactable combination of beer bbq varities like Breakfast Grill, Southern Costal Grill inspite from South India), Beer Grill with choices like German Sausages, Goan Chorizo, Chettinadu Croquettes and much much to spoil you for choices.<br/ <br/ Moreover, the Buffet will spoil you for choices with exotic selections of Indian, French, Italian, Oriental and Mediterranean specialties.

This review is based on a special invite.. We visited this place to try the Beer and Barbeque festival at their Al fresco outlet ‘The Brasserie Grill’. We definitely had a gala time as we chugged on beers with some grills and meat. <br/ .<br/ .<br/ The meat and sea food were so fresh and barbequed royally with that smokey charred flavour that we adore !!<br/ The spirited evening served us a delectable combination of beer and barbeque with varieties like Breakfast Grill, Southern Coastal India, Beer on the Grill, Cottage Cheese Tofu, Mumbaikar Coastal Special, Goan Barbeque, German Sausages, Potato three Ways and more. The wide options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian barbeques spoilt us for choice

Brasserie is a Nordic restaurant in hilton near the international airport. for its buffet dinner. they offer a wide selection of salads, appetizers, main course and even dessert. for salate I have tried kimchi, vegetable tossed salad with tofu and watermelon feta salad. refreshments were ananas minze cooler and rosenschütze. really liked their ananas minze cooler, would recommend. for starters they offered mutton searchh kebabs, grilled wiper, wiper tikka, malai murgh tikka and fish chili. I highly recommend trying their mutton lookh kebabs and fish chili. I was almost full after the start, but still a little off the main course. butter huh with garlic naan was a heavenly combination. available in desserts contain strawberry vanilla dat, chocolate mooring feuille, malpua, rosgulla, mango beerfi and apfelstrudel.

The international hotel brasserie hilton mumbai. the place is close to the international airport eating was so delicious. they have a buffet system here. amazing eating and service. the personal is very well informed and gives great recommendations. my favorite were the starters where there was a lot of Tandoori starters. I really loved her. when they are looking, they visit here. I would recommend this place for buffet as it is super worth. food 5/5 service 5/5 order 5/5 highest recommended
