Starbucks - Mumbai

I was surprised this time with the pathetic service. Moreover I took a low fat milk option with no ice and to my surprise just 2 hrs after that consumption I had a terrible stomach pain and I was told by the doctor that it was food poisoning.And guess what was the milk used was a spoiled milk. I can surely confirm this because that was the only meal I had that day and it was very obvious since even when I was drinking I told the coffee maker but he said mam since it's without ice it's tasting like that.

Great service by Pratibha. My order was big and had a variety of items as we were in a group and I was happy to see that everything was made exactly as requested. Masala chai was made better than our expectation, americano was good, and the mocha was perfect! We loved the three dip chips and poha kebab

Very lovely place. Inside of Viviana mall. Very friendly staff. Big choice of souvenir mugs, cups, tumblers.

Good place for coffee but not for quick bites. Chicken kathi roll was pathetic. I liked the Americano though. Will visit again but just for coffee.

I went here today for a quick beverage. I got a Signature Hot Chocolate takeaway. Like always, I absolutely loved it. The amount of sweetness and foam is amazing. The staff was really nice and helpful. The service was very quick. We ordered our beverages around 10 am and got them in 5-8 minutes. The seating is lovely. The place is squeaky clean. There room temperature, atmosphere and aroma is refreshing!
