Kfc - Mumbai, Navi Mumbai

We ordered our food at foodcourt about bucket and veg burger they said it will be done in 10 to 15 minutes and we said okay and they took 30 minutes we asked that is our food is ready they said which food then we showed them the bill and they said ohhh your non veg is done BUT WE FORGOT YOUR VEG and make us sit for 10 minutes more i am very much disappointed

This is 2nd time that my delivery is late Panvel Orion mall's kfc can at least be considerate towards the delivery executive who is waiting since an hour in line for my order.

Service is not good. I ordered Ultimate saver bucket . They say save 42 Percent and then serve the smallest chicken pieces available.

KFC is a finger-lickin' good experience every time! Their crispy, juicy chicken and signature seasonings are unmatched. Quick service and affordable prices make it a go-to for fast food lovers.

The KFC at The Mumbai Pune Express Highway food court did not give us an experience that we expected. The staff service is too slow and they are least bothered to even update you about your order delivery time. This cannot be the kind of service that one expects at a place like Mumbai Pune Express Highway where there is a huge footfall. Also we tried Chizza which is been called as the chicken pizza. It nowhere gives you an experience of a pizza. The base is made of KFC chicken and it has 2-3 toppings. It is a gimmick which will only give you fried chicken in a new avataar. Don’t expect an experience of a pizza. Also other fried chicken items that we ordered are same old taste. KFC seems to be already loosing its charm.
