Called in for something to eat, lovely turf fire ,friendly staff,great food would recommend

Nice venue with beautiful views but unfortunately the food was a big let down. I don’t recommend. The spring rolls were huge, biggest I’ve ever seen, but clearly they were cooked straight from frozen, as the inside was still freezing cold. The chips were reheats, dry and tasteless. They said the burger patties were homemade fresh, but you could tell they were frozen. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is due to them replacing the spring rolls when we complained. They also gave us a free dessert, which was actually the best part of the meal.

Really great place to stay. Staffs lovely and the room is absolutely beautiful for the price. Couldn't ask for a better location in the area, super central and easy access to achill or the beach. Will absolutely be making some trips back this summer Service: 5

Wonderful food, staff, ambiance. Wheelchair accessible.... we had an unforgettable dinner and fun overlooking the sea and Mulranny Bay. We live only 40 minutes away so no need to stay but this is a favourite for us. Service: 5

Advertised as a luxury b&b but they don't serve breakfast.!! The room was clean but I had to unblock the shower tray waste to stop it overflowing and the sink was blocked and very slow to empty. Charged €160 for 1 night. Much better value to be had elsewhere. Won't stay there again. Service: 3
