Contribuiți la feedbackLocation cleanness is iffy most days, they don't accept coupons no more even though their location says so on the subway website. You have to wait for the workers to come out from hiding to finally order. Food freshness is different most days with the lettuce looking old also Tomatoes looking old. Don't really recommend this location. I would recommend going to the subway location next to the Marion Town center.
Don’t even want to give 1 star. Ordered footlong meatball sub online. NO sauce on sub at all. Called to complain and female that prepared my order answered and i was told she didn’t have any warm sauce only cold sauce. Asked her could she not warm some up because it was only 4:34 not closing time or let me know when I picked it up if I wanted to change my order and how would she feel if that was her food. Told her I had photo of sub. She hung up on me and when I called back no answer but I left voicemail. She never apologized for my order and she could have cared less. I will NOT use that Subway ever again. I will stop by tomorrow to talk with daytime manager.FOLLOW-UP: 8:00 PM just received a telephone call from Subway Owner. She was very nice and offered to replace sub or give me a gift card. I told her that was not necessary just her calling me to hear my side of story and wanting to please her customer satisfied me. Such a wonderful woman to speak with. She explained their telephone went dead at store and if I ever had any issues just give her a call. Wish all business owners cared as much as she does.
This was the worst Subway experience. The workers was wasn't friendly at all. My sub was not toasted like i ask and the meat tasted nasty
Staff very friendly . the store is very clean w fresh items on the menu . good food and I always leave a tip for the great service . best Subway in the pee dee area .
I went into subway in Walmart-Marion on Saturday 9/19. Paid and ordered my food from the checkout line at Walmart and it was ready by the time I walked over to subway. Awesome!! I ordered 3 footlong subs. When I got home one of the subs had marinara sauce on it which wasn’t what I ordered. It was a pizza sub but I opted out of having marinara on it on the app. When I got home there was a survey in my email. I did the survey and the only negative thing I had to say was that the pizza sub had the marinara sauce on it. (Really we just wanted that one sub for the meat and ordered veggies and oil and vinegar). The co-owner, Stephanie, called me on my cell phone today and wanted to make it right and offered to bring me the replacement. I insisted it was fine and that was not necessary but she insisted she wanted to do it. Evidently they didn’t realize you could opt out of the marinara on the app because of the type of sub it is. I understood and wasn’t upset at all because I know these things happen. She brought it to Latta to me on her way home to my job. I would definitely recommend this subway. She went above and beyond and she didn’t have to. Extremely satisfied customer!!
